Avantika Raghava: I bring 18 years of experience as a technology educator, having taught and led initiatives across India and Colombia. My most recent role was at Montessori British School in Bogotá, Colombia, where I taught Robotics and ICT, along with contributing to various other subjects over 4.5 years. In 18 years , taught more than 6000 students from 15 different nationalities. My journey began in 2005 with India's largest Ed-Tech company, Educomp, as a Computer Teacher. Later, I served as an Activity Coordinator for more than a decade at Delhi Public School Agra, where I mentored a team of 70 skilled teachers and over 25 administrative and support staff at the Foundation Campus. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and multiple certifications in software engineering, innovative teaching, and Effective use of ICT pedagogy from IIT Mumbaix. My core strengths include curriculum innovation, e-learning, project management, training, curriculum design, and integrating technology into education to create dynamic and inclusive learning environments.
